White Girl Problems: An Unproblematic Return to City Soirees

White Girl Problems Memoir

You follow her on Twitter. Now you can read about the problematic life of Babe Walker in hard copy, or on your e-reader of course.

White Girl Problems by Babe Walker hit the selves on January 31st, and last night I attended the release party at Milk Studios in the Meatpacking District (it’s good to be back in NYC). DJ Mia Moretti worked the turntables while guests, including Johnny Weir and Susan Sarandon, mingled among the artwork and purchased the book. Some of the book’s great illustrations were prominently featured, as were some classic #whitegirlproblems that were projected onto one wall of the gallery (i.e.: I’m sorry for calling you “pear shaped.” I just suck at being fake to people. #whitegirlproblems). The only problem last night was that the party ended.
